The staff were great. They brought the luggage I sent to the hotel up to my room when it arrived after I checked in. At check out they returned a magazine that I accidentally left in the lobby.

The property is close to both train station. It is also close to some combini and coop supermarket. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

Very pleasant and polite staff, willing to explain details when asked. Free tea and kettle in the room. The hotel is very close to both a supermarket, multiple convenience stores and the Kita-Sendai train and subway station.
